As a digital marketing agency, we often have to find "influencers" to work on campaigns for our clients.

It's hard to distinguish between a "good" candidate and somebody that seems right on the surface, but lacks either the work ethic, enthusiasm or integrity.

So much so, we thought "why don't we create a list of talent ourselves!?
